What is it?

The intelligent answer is the pallet shuttle: the racking structure has been adopted so that the electric motorized shuttle can run on the track inside of storage lanes and execute the commands issued by the operator through a Wi-Fi tablet .
The forklift loads the cargo on the track, and the pallet shuttle picks it up and handles it independently, and stores it in its placement position, and at the same time compacts the pallet as tightly as possible.

Operation
In semi-automatic installations, the operator only needs to drive the forklift which carries the pallets, and starts the activity of the motorized shuttle. The shuttle's movement inside the racking is automatic.

Step 1
The forklift puts the pallet shuttle in the channel to complete the work.

Step 2
Next, forklifts are used to position pallets one after another at the entrance of the channel and place them on the load-bearing beams.

Step 3
The operator sends commands to the space shuttle by using a tablet to start loading operations.
Once the pallet position is determined, the pallet shuttle moves the pallet gently and moves it horizontally until it reaches the first available position, where it stores the pallet.
Different sensors can precisely control the movement of the stored load.

Step 4
The shuttle goes back to the top of the lane, so as to repeat the operation with the next pallet, and the next, as many times as possible until the channel is filled.
Before the last position is filled, the shuttle is removed and the sequence is repeated in the next channel that needs to work.

LIFO (Last In, First Out)
Where the last pallet loaded is the first to be unloaded. Loading and unloading is carried out from the same side. This is the most common system used with Pallet Shuttle.

FIFO (First In, First Out)
Where the first pallet loaded is the first to be unloaded. Two access aisles are needed: One to load the goods and another to unload them. This FIFO system is relative, or by batches, recommended for the complete loading or unloading of a level.
